Cayman First Insurance Centre

Completed by Arch and Godfrey in 2018, the Cayman First Centre is the head office for Cayman First Insurance. A Class A office space, it was built with the highest quality materials and construction methods – including solid poured concrete and high velocity impact rated windows and doors – and is able to withstand Category 5 hurricanes. The two-storey, 28,000 square foot space includes a boardroom, fireproof high-density filing room, server room with raised access flooring, two lobbies, five washrooms, three kitchens and a training centre. The project also includes a separate vehicle inspection bay and 102 KWP of solar panel canopies.
