In Q2 2024 Arch & Godfrey, alongside joint venture partner McAlpine Ltd. Cayman, began construction of a 38-suite accommodation block on Cayman Brac – which will initially be used to house workers building a high school and gym set for completion in late-2025. The accommodation block is set for completion in November 2024.
