Fin

Fin

A prestigious Art Deco-inspired development on the southwest tip of Grand Cayman, FIN occupies two acres of oceanfront land, from which a private beach and salt water lagoon have been carved. Completed in 2021, the 36 luxury residences are accessed by private elevator from the underground parking, and feature frameless glass fronts offering expansive ocean views. Penthouses include rooftop terraces with glassed-in conservatories and plunge pools. Amenities include an indoor and outdoor entertaining space on the ground floor, a wine room, a fully equipped business centre, and a cantilevered glass-bottomed pool on the third floor that casts light into the fitness studio and spa below.
