The villas boast three and a half bathrooms and 2,900 square feet under air conditioning, with two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, providing privacy and space for two families.

The kitchen is equipped with high-spec energy-efficient appliances and boasts an elegantly refined interior design. Each villa also comes with an outdoor kitchen and dining space where you can enjoy the island breeze while being protected by dual mosquito and hurricane screens. Unexpected Amenities

Amenities at Marea are conceived to allow owners and guests to enjoy the serenity and seclusion of Little Cayman with the comforts and activities of a luxury resort. Amenities at the adjacent Little Cayman Beach Resort including spa services, private diving and watersports activities, full-service restaurant and bar will be provided for Marea owners at special rates.

Stunning Location: Little Cayman

The smallest of the three islands, Little Cayman is barefoot luxury at its best. Home to only 197 people and only 10 square miles, this picture-perfect paradise is ideal for those looking to escape and unwind. Owen Island is just a short paddle by kayak and is completely uninhabited, making a great spot for a picnic or some snorkeling. Birders can visit the largest colony of red-footed boobies in the western hemisphere at the Booby Pond Nature Preserve, while below the water level, divers can experience the Bloody Bay Wall — a sea wall that drops a staggering 2,000 meters (around 6,500 feet). This untouched paradise is something to behold. Indeed, in April 2023 Little Cayman was short-listed for UNESCO world heritage status for its exceptional importance to marine biodiversity and incredible natural beauty.
