Governor’s Village

Governor’s Village is a mixed-use scheme comprising a multi-unit rental property of 108-units, best in class amenities including a neighborhood café, gym, serviced office space and laundry facilities as well as a commercial self-storage offering to support the storage needs of property owners and residents living within the surrounding neighborhood.

The development is a 3-storey building consisting of 129k gross sq ft of residential accommodation plus 13k sq ft of outdoor amenities.

The commercial self-storage building is a 3-storey building consisting of 24.6k gross sq ft. The offering will consist of 196 units.

Arch and Godfrey was selected as the general contractor for the cancer treatment centre at Health City Camana Bay. The state-of-the-art centre provides medical oncology, surgical oncology, and radiation therapy, in addition to being a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) facility. The purpose-built facility was completed in 2023.
