ARCH & GODFREY Q1/Q2 2026 NEWSLETTER

Welcome to the 7th edition of the Arch & Godfrey newsletter. Following a successful 2025 we are pleased that our projects across Grand Cayman, Cayman Brac, and Little Cayman are progressing steadily as we near the midpoint of 2026 – with the Meraki Wellness luxury spa and wellness facilities project officially opened in early-May 2026. We congratulate the Meraki Wellness team on their recent ribbon cutting ceremony officiated by Her Excellency Governor Jane Owen and subsequent grand opening.

Additionally, we are pleased to announce that The Watermark’s certificate of occupancy process has begun.
