Seaview Residences

Located on South Church Street, on the site of the former SeaView Hotel, these upscale residences offer privacy and sophisticated oceanfront living, minutes from George Town. The contemporary design of The SeaView Residences forms half a hexagon, surrounding a spectacular ocean’s edge infinity pool, ensuring all homes enjoy panoramic views. Completed in 2008, the low-rise, boutique development comprises 18 apartments with private, shady terraces, and beautifully-finished open concept interiors with sleek, modern kitchens and bathrooms, and spacious bedrooms.
