The Commonwealth

Completed in 1990, the Commonwealth condos are particularly spacious residences, occupying a prime beachfront position. All 12 condos, which range in size from 3,000 to 4,000 square feet, have three bedrooms, a private patio or balcony and fully equipped kitchens, and residents share a freshwater swimming pool, hot tub and tennis court.
