The Renaissance

The Renaissance

When The Renaissance opened its doors in 2010, following a three-year redevelopment, it was the only luxury vacation rental property on the quiet northern end of Seven Mile Beach. The seven-storey development, served by two lifts, comprises a total of 37 two-, three- and four-bedroom condos, all offering large sea side terraces and exquisite views. The development occupies a 200-foot stretch of beach and amenities include an 85-foot infinity edge pool and hot tub, a beach-side patio with barbecue areas, a private fitness centre and underground parking.
