The Watercolours

Arch and Godfrey was selected by the developer as the main contractor for The WaterColours Condominiums, successfully completed in 2014. The first ten-story building in the Cayman Islands, The WaterColours is comprised of 60 ultra-luxurious private ocean residences and is one of the most prestigious residential developments on Seven Mile Beach. Built to the highest standards, residences range from 3600 to 7200 square feet, all with glass balconies that afford expansive ocean views. The extensive list of amenities includes a beachfront owners’ conservatory complete with a chef’s kitchen and private wine storage, owners guest suites, conference facility, state-of-the-art fitness studio, beachfront continuous infinity-edge pool, private under-building parking and valet parking.
