The Waters Edge

The Waters Edge, an exclusive condominium development on Seven Mile Beach, set a new benchmark for luxury living in the Cayman Islands when it was completed in 2007. With 300 feet of beachfront shared between just 35 luxury residences, it was designed to offer an unprecedented lifestyle. the private residences, which range in size from 3,200 to 11,500 square feet, feature high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, gourmet kitchens and flawless finishes. The development includes underground parking and the entire ground floor provides shared amenities including an owners’ lounge, games room, fitness centre and treatment rooms, with a three-tier beachfront pool. Water’s Edge offers outstanding quality, attention to detail, and unparalleled sunset views.
