Arch & Godfrey, alongside joint venture partner McAlpine Ltd. Cayman, completed construction of a 38-suite accommodation block on Cayman Brac in March 2025 – which will initially be used to house workers building a high school and gym set for completion in late-2025, after which it will be utilized by the newly built school.
