Elizabethan Square Redevelopment
The redevelopment of Elizabethan Square has begun as part of George Town’s revitalization. Centered around its historic courtyard, the design creates a vibrant, green public space. With native landscaping, shaded areas, and sustainable features, it fosters community, supports events, and reconnects the square to its urban context.
Cayman Brac High School
Following completion of the Accommodation Block in March 2025 Arch & Godfrey, alongside joint venture partner McAlpine Ltd. Cayman, began construction of the nearby new Cayman Brac High School scheduled for completion in 2026.

The Watermark
The Watermark is the largest project Arch and Godfrey has taken on to date. Developed by Fraser Wellon and his team, who are also behind The WaterColours, Waters Edge, and the Pinnacle, it is set to be the most luxurious development in the Cayman Islands, if not the Caribbean.
Meraki Wellness

Cayman Brac High School Accommodation Block
Arch & Godfrey, alongside joint venture partner McAlpine Ltd. Cayman, completed construction of a 38-suite accommodation block on Cayman Brac in March 2025 – which will initially be used to house workers building a high school set for completion in 2026, after which it will be utilized by the newly built school.

Health City Camana Bay Oncology Centre (Block B)
Arch and Godfrey was selected as the general contractor for the cancer treatment centre at Health City Camana Bay. The state-of-the-art centre provides medical oncology, surgical oncology, and radiation therapy, in addition to being a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) facility. The purpose-built facility was completed in 2023.
Periwinkle
A multi-phase residential development, Periwinkle is the first LEED certified sustainable community in the Cayman Islands. As such, the whole build process has been carefully considered to minimise any negative impact on the local environment.
The Grove
A mixed-use development on West Bay Road, The Grove is designed around a 1.5 acre plant-filled courtyard with fountains and seating areas.
