Arch & Godfrey is proud to have completed dozens of major condo, hotel, office building, retail, specialty, and high-end home projects since its founding in 1972. The following list details the majority of these projects, though the list is non-exhaustive – as it excludes smaller renovation projects, high-end homes, and a handful of projects from the aforementioned categories (particularly projects from the 1970s).

Hampton by Hilton Grand Cayman

One of the first wheelchair-accessible hotels built in Cayman, Comfort Suites was completed in 2000. It took Arch and Godfrey just nine months to construct the 108 suite hotel.

Sunshine Suites

Sunshine Suites Resort, an affordable boutique hotel, was completed in 2000. It took Arch and Godfrey nine months to build the four-star resort.

Grand Harbour Shopping Centre

Located in Red Bay, construction of the Grand Harbour Shopping Centre provided a recreational and retail hub for a growing residential community.

The Pinnacle

One of Cayman’s most luxurious condominium developments, The Pinnacle was constructed in 18 months, opening in 1999.

Regal Beach Club

Built along either side of a long, manicured garden that leads down to white sands of Seven Mile Beach, Regal Beach Club comprises 57 high end vacation villas.

Grandview

The luxury condominiums at Grandview were completed in 1997 and sold out prior to opening.

Cayman Airways Hangar

The Cayman Airways hangar was built to provide a sheltered area large enough to accommodate aircraft for maintenance purposes, for the national airline of the Cayman Islands.

Morritt’s Tortuga Club

Morritt’s Tortuga Club, the popular beachfront time share resort in East End, consisted of several three storey buildings housing one and two-bedroom guest units.

Queen’s Court Shopping Centre

This two-storey shopping plaza, covering approximately 36,000 square feet with ample parking space, is located at the southern end of West Bay Road.
