Arch & Godfrey is proud to have completed dozens of major condo, hotel, office building, retail, specialty, and high-end home projects since its founding in 1972. The following list details the majority of these projects, though the list is non-exhaustive – as it excludes smaller renovation projects, high-end homes, and a handful of projects from the aforementioned categories (particularly projects from the 1970s).

The Grove

A mixed-use development on West Bay Road, The Grove is designed around a 1.5 acre plant-filled courtyard with fountains and seating areas.

Fin

A prestigious Art Deco-inspired development on the southwest tip of Grand Cayman, FIN occupies two acres of oceanfront land, from which a private beach and salt water lagoon have been carved.

Cayman First Insurance Centre

Completed by Arch and Godfrey in 2018, the Cayman First Centre is the head office for Cayman First Insurance. A Class A office space, it was built with the highest quality materials and construction methods

Otisair Offices & Warehouse

Completed in 2018, the OtisAir Building provided the air-conditioning specialists with bright and welcoming offices and an 8,000 square foot warehouse to store inventory, materials and equipment. .

ORIA Redevelopment Phase 1

The phased redevelopment and expansion of the Owen Roberts International Airport began in 2015. As part of Phase 1, Arch and Godfrey was contracted to build a 25,000 sq. ft. addition comprised of a structural steel frame and poured solid concrete block walls.

The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa

Arch and Godfrey completed the first phase of a major renovation of The Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort and Spa in 2016.

Arch & Godfrey Head Office

Located on Mary Street in George Town, The Arch and Godfrey office building was completed in 2015. The project included the renovation of a traditional 100 year old Caymanian house and a modern 4,000 square foot addition.

Cayman Brac Beach Resort

The Cayman Brac Beach Resort renovated its pool and bar in 2015. The project started in September 2015 and was completed in just four months, enabling the resort to reopen in time for the tourist season in December 2015.

Casa Luna

Casa Luna is a boutique community of 18 free-standing villas positioned at varying elevations across four acres of verdant, park-like grounds, to maximise sea views.
