The Grove

The Grove

A mixed-use development on West Bay Road, The Grove is designed around a 1.5 acre plant-filled courtyard with fountains and seating areas. There are 35 commercial and retail spaces on the first floor, and 59 studio and one-bedroom apartments, with rooftop pools, on the second and third floors. The Grove is designed to Miami-Dade hurricane building code and elevated 12 feet above sea level with underground parking and rooftop solar arrays. Arch and Godfrey completed the development in 2020.

Health City Camana Bay Oncology Centre (Block B)

Arch and Godfrey was selected as the general contractor for the cancer treatment centre at Health City Camana Bay. The state-of-the-art centre provides medical oncology, surgical oncology, and radiation therapy, in addition to being a Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) facility. The purpose-built facility was completed in 2023.
