Smith Road Centre

Located minutes from central George Town, Smith Road Centre comprises 45,000 square feet of first class office space leased by insurance, medical, financial and Government tenants. A structural framed building with concrete block walls, a concrete roof, impact-resistant windows, full power recovery, a high efficiency air-conditioning system and security and fire control systems, make it a hurricane-resilient building.
