The Lighthouse School caters to primary and secondary school students with moderate to profound special education needs. Arch and Godfrey completed the 42,000 square foot purpose built facility in Red Bay in 2001.

Work on the new Pines Retirement Home, a three-story building adjacent to the existing Pines Facility, commenced in early 2010.
