One Technology Square
Arch and Godfrey commenced work on the new headquarters for Cable & Wireless, one of Cayman’s leading telecommunications providers, in 2002. The three storey, reinforced concrete building was engineered to withstand 200 mph winds
Lighthouse School
The Lighthouse School caters to primary and secondary school students with moderate to profound special education needs. Arch and Godfrey completed the 42,000 square foot purpose built facility in Red Bay in 2001.
Strathvale House
Strathvale House is a five-storey office building on the waterfront in George Town. Completed in a 12 months, the building includes 66,000 square feet of open plan and private offices, reception spaces and meeting rooms with sea views.
Sunshine Suites
Sunshine Suites Resort, an affordable boutique hotel, was completed in 2000. It took Arch and Godfrey nine months to build the four-star resort.
