Arch & Godfrey Q1/Q2 2025 Newsletter
Welcome to the 5th edition of the Arch & Godfrey newsletter. It is hard to believe that we are already halfway through 2025. I’m happy to share some great news since our last newsletter—the Cayman Brac High School Accommodation Block is now complete. This 38-suite facility, built in partnership with McAlpine and designed by Chalmers Gibbs, wrapped up in March 2025. It’s located on the Bluff between the sports complex and the multi-purpose hall and will serve its first purpose—housing the crew working on the new high school, which is scheduled for completion in 2026.

Welcome to the 4th edition of the Arch & Godfrey Newsletter. Since the last A&G Newsletter I am happy to share some exciting updates. We have been awarded the Cayman Brac Accommodation Block for the Cayman Islands Government, marking the first phase of the new Cayman Brac High School. This project will be delivered through a Joint Venture Partnership with McAlpine, and we are looking forward to its successful execution.

Welcome to the 3rd edition of the Arch & Godfrey Newsletter. 2024 will be an extremely busy year for us as we focus on completing The Watermark, The Watermark’s Meraki Spa, and Governor’s Village. In addition, back in January, we celebrated the ground breaking of MAREA in Little Cayman.

It has been a busy year and our project teams have progressed well with their respective projects, namely The Watermark and Governor’s Village.
