The phased redevelopment and expansion of the Owen Roberts International Airport began in 2015. As part of Phase 1, Arch and Godfrey was contracted to build a 25,000 sq. ft. addition comprised of a structural steel frame and poured solid concrete block walls.

Work on the new Pines Retirement Home, a three-story building adjacent to the existing Pines Facility, commenced in early 2010. The existing facility remained fully operational throughout construction and Arch and Godfrey provided temporary space as required to allow The Pines to carry on with minimal disruption.
